One of our client is looking for IT Technical Operations Manager for a permanent position based in Adelaide
Roles & Responsibilites:
- Lead and motivate the Network and Systems team to high levels of performance
- Actively look for, plan and execute opportunities for creating business growth and to increase utilisation of the network and systems personnel.
- Assess current technologies, provide evaluations and train subordinates to enable them to take over development of the technology into the future.
- Allocate, manage and close jobs and tasks through management of the utilisation of team resources on a day to day basis.
- Prioritise customer billable jobs, ensuring that the customers are updated on their service calls. Jobs must be managed daily.
- Establish appropriate procedures to keep informed of issues and results in areas of shared responsibility.
