Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team on the floor to achieve sales and service KPIs
* Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and training
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience based on expert product knowledge
* Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, stock control, and store presentation
* Support with recruitment, on-boarding, and building team culture
* Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate BOH organisation
* Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail leadership - ideally in footwear, apparel, or speciality retail
* A customer-first mindset with strong product knowledge and sales capability
* Confident leading teams and fostering a positive, engaged store culture
* High attention to detail in stock control, compliance, and presentation
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop others
* Comfortable using POS, inventory, and rostering systems
* A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‐on role
