Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in South West Sydney, for a rapidly growing Residential home building company that predominantly specialises in custom homes, knockdown & re-build bespoke, townhouses and duplexes.
Responsibilities
Managing up to 15 new home build sites
Sound knowledge of all aspects of the building industry
Proven background of project management and delivery without compromising safety and quality
Ability to schedule and meet trades on site to ensure smooth progress
Weekly reporting to the project manager on the site activities
Proactively addressing any build issues and liaising with the clients for resolution
Collaborative approach with identifying and implementing process improvements
Ensure all WHS requirements are adhered to at all times.
What does a successful candidate look like?
Strong supervisory skills and efficient site supervision capabilities
A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Minimum 3 years experience as a construction site supervisor (Residential)
