Super Rack is an Australian-based company specialising in storage solutions,

livestock equipment, and fencing.

Our company is currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team on a permanent basis. This position will play an integral role in the sales and customer service and organisational strength of our company. The sales officer will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have at least two years sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multitask and a excellent customer service skills.

Australian work rights are required at the time of application.

Required Skill Set -

* 2 years experience in sales in a similar industry.

• Great organisational skills

• Good computer and technical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A friendly nature and desire to help

• Ability to prioritise tasks and an eye for detail

• A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills

• Time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Project management skills

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle complex and confidential information professionally

• Ability to work quickly and effectively

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Customer service experience is preferred for this role

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities -

• Answering phone calls

• Redirecting phone calls

• Offering support to sales team

• Organising and coordinating with logistics companies

• Diary management

• Ordering office supplies such as stationary

• Ordering consumables for office equipment such as printers

• Data entry

• Filing

• Organising internal and external events

Experience –

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
