The Opportunity
At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on providing industry-leading resident care and services which encourage and enable residents to remain independent while maintaining a safety-first workplace. Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are highly interactive, supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Night shifts.
This role based at xx will see you working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner, surrounded by skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. The attached position description outlines specific job duties and accountabilities.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector and can think on your feet to support workplace safety, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
Responsibilities
 * Provide resident-centric personal care and support in collaboration with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams.
 * Assist residents to maintain independence, safety and dignity in daily activities.
 * Support families and residents with compassionate communication and engagement.
 * Maintain accurate and timely documentation and follow care plans.
Qualifications
 * Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care. Other Cert III qualifications in related healthcare studies may be recognised. Industry work placement is required to meet compliance standards.
 * Hold the NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (essential to work in the Aged Care sector) or be willing to obtain it.
