**The opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Hotel Manager to lead one of our iconic Brisbane properties. This position offers the platform to showcase your experience, skills and talent in our ever-changing industry. This role reports to the Regional Queensland Manager based in Queensland, with oversight from the Support Office Team located in Brisbane to ensure you are well supported and set up for success.
**What your week looks like**
You’ll take passionate ownership of your business and lead your Team to success by
- Regularly communicating with the property team, Body Corporates, landlords/tenants and our guests.
- Ensuring a seamless guest experience is delivered at all touchpoint opportunities.
- Overseeing the daily and long-term operation of the property including maintaining compliance.
- Coordinate and execute against the CLLIX Hotels strategic plan and vision.
- Address rental arrears, maintenance issues and other property needs efficiently as required.
- Actively drive short term and log term inventory within the property.
**What we need from you**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Hotel or Strata Leadership role.
- Previous experience in managing or involvement in property leasing or real-estate is an advantage.
- Previous experience using PropertyMe and RMS Management Software is preferable (not mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder and relationship development and management skills.
- Effective and efficient time management skills.
- Robust financial acumen in all aspects of a hotel operation,
- The ability to identify and build / develop current and future talent.
- Communication skills (written and verbal); and
- The ability to problem solves for both our guests and Team Members.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Brisbane Q, LD 4101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
