We’ll support your transition with temporary accommodation and training for your Site Supervisor qualifications, making it easy to settle in and hit the ground running.

About the Role
You’ll lead the construction of key resort amenities, including the country club, summer house, and entry statement, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and on budget. You’ll manage a team including a Foreman, Leading Hand, Plant Operators, and Labourers, coordinating across contractors and suppliers to deliver premium facilities. Our Commercial construction team specialise in crafting high-end, luxurious commercial facilities for the communities we are creating. Our expert teams also deliver quality-built villas for our resort developments. With a commitment to excellence and efficiency, Living Gem's is shaping the future of luxury living and vibrant communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial resort facilities from site set-up to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure QA and safety compliance through regular inspections
- Collaborate with residential teams for seamless project delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in commercial builds (resort, hospitality, or community projects preferred)
- QBCC Open Builders Licence (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Trade background (carpentry preferred) highly regarded
- Familiarity with construction software
