Join to apply for the Payroll Officer - Fixed Term Contract role at Electrolux Group
This is a 9–12-month Fixed Term Contract position. Assist the Payroll Specialist and People Services & Solutions (PS&S) Manager with the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of wages, and processing of other payroll/financial related processes. Support the payroll transition project through testing and ensuring business needs are met.
What You'll Do
* Assist with processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
* Help prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports, as well as ad hoc reports for external bodies.
* Support payroll month-end processes and reconcile data for deductions and superannuation payments.
* Maintain employee master file records.
* Respond to employee payroll queries and update procedure documentation in line with business processes.
