We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Brisbane depot. This is a full-time leadership role in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where you will drive service excellence, optimize processes, and develop a high-performing team.

* Lead & develop a team of customer service and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
* Ensure seamless customer experiences by delivering accurate information, timely reporting, and solutions-driven service.
* Coach, mentor & train your team to exceed KPIs and continuously improve.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes.
* Drive operational efficiency by analyzing workloads and setting productivity goals.
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize customer service operations.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What You Bring
* Proven leadership experience in customer service within transport, logistics, or warehousing.
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
* Experience handling complex customer interactions and delivering effective solutions.
* Proficiency in transport and warehouse management systems (or similar IT platforms).
* Deep understanding of industry regulations and operational best practices.
