In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and growing the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Client service excellence: Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Guiding policy administration support in handling all aspects of policy administration, from invoicing to documentation processing.
* Risk management: Assisting with risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
* Working with the Claims Manager providing technical advice: Supporting clients throughout the claims process, ensuring smooth resolution.
* Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Business development: Contributing to the development of new business opportunities through client interaction and referrals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in insurance broking (Tier 1 preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with broking software experience.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a client-first approach.
* You need to have full Australian work rights to be considered for this role.
