**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager with a love of fashion and style to join our Maroochydore team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will thrive in a busy environment and support with the daily operations of a store team. This is a part-time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.
**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**
- Previous management experience, ideally within fashion retail
- Be sales focused and sales driven
- Passionate about a career in retail management
- Exposure to performance management
- A solid communicator with a focus on customer service
- Effective roster understanding
- Previous visual merchandising ability
- Understanding of fashion and trends
