Key Responsibilities
* Build strong working relationships with consultants, team members and customers to ensure delivery of exceptional quality and service.
* Retrieve dictations from consultant dictaphones, process files and paperwork after consultations.
* Upload dictation for typing, adhering to turnaround times and consultant preferences.
* Finalise reports from electronic versions or paper drafts.
* Prepare WorkCover APIA forms to accompany reports.
* Process consultation files and upload consultation notes.
* Support the General Manager, Operations Manager and Report Production Team Leader in new team member induction and training.
* Raise customer and consultant matters requiring intervention to Report Production Team Leader.
Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times and strive for service excellence. Function effectively as a positive team member. Stay up-to-date with work health and safety practices and procedures. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in coordinating and delivering high-quality business administration support.
* Ability to assist challenging consultants, customers, clients or visitors.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
