About the Role:
As the Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the Facility Manager and the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Oversight and monitoring of clinical governance and care standards
* Providing clinical leadership and support to the care team
* Assisting with resident care and complex clinical needs as required
* Supporting NQIP reporting and quality improvement initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Contributing to staff development, mentoring, and education
About You:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care or a similar clinical role
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance, care planning, and quality systems
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* A passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life
* NDIS Clearance and current police check
