We are seeking an experienced ICT Services Leader (Onsite) to provide operational technology leadership at a private Secondary school. In this leadership role, you, together with the broader RTG team, will help guide the staff to enhance teaching and learning through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the College's senior leadership to ensure the technology aligns with the school's educational objectives.
– Together with RTG consultants, collaboratively develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and budget, ensuring seamless execution.
– Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support, training, and operational excellence.
– Oversee operational procedures for managing the school's technology systems and processes, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
– Drive cyber security initiatives in collaboration with RTG's Risk & Security team.
– Help lead the school's technology approach and AI capabilities while staying ahead of emerging trends to drive business value.
– Actively participating in RTG's learning and knowledge-sharing culture.
About You:
We're looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive IT expertise and experience covering:
– End-to-end ICT support services
– Problem and incident resolution, management and escalations resolve technical issues efficiently while minimising disruption to teaching and learning.
– Diverse technologies including Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure), mail systems, VOIP, classroom technology, and data backups.
– Project delivery, including the implementation and integration of Microsoft and cloud-based solutions in educational settings.
– Learning management and student management systems such as Synergetic and Seqta is desirable.
– Previous experience working with a managed services provider (MSP) is advantageous but not essential.
