Overview
Community Accessability – Enabling Independence
At Community Accessability we believe that every person has the opportunity to live the life they choose. We are passionate about supporting and connecting people with the services they need to maintain their independence.
Due to continual growth we are looking to expand our amazing team and have the opportunity for an experienced, compassionate and engaging complex care Disability Support Worker to join us!
We’re on the lookout for flexible, committed, and compassionate support workers who are experienced or ready to grow in working with individuals with complex behaviors, high needs, and mental health challenges.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all role — and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
At CA, we tailor our support to meet each client’s unique needs. That means drawing on a variety of therapeutic models and approaches to provide holistic, person-centered care.
We invest in our staff just as much as we do our clients — because great care starts with great people.
If you’re resilient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting others to live their best life, we’d love to hear from you.
