This is your chance to work with one of Australia's leading fashion designer brands. The company maintains a well-established wholesale business internationally and nationally.
Our client is looking to build their Wholesale team with an additional Wholesale Operations Assistant on a full-time basis. You will be working with a dynamic and passionate team and must have the ability to work confidently, efficiently & accurately.
**Duties**:
- General administration & support to Sales Operations Manager
- Assist in the successful production and delivery of collections, managing the end-to-end process across departments
- Ability to work with other departments in problem-solving conflicting issues
- Responsible for supporting and enabling the sale and production of collections in an efficient and effective manner
- Work with all departments to ensure the end goal of successful CRM
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks across departments
- Help to mitigate communication between all departments to ensure cohesive processes are taken out across the company
- Work with Sales Operations Manager to create a complete timeline of seasonal collections across Sales and Production to ensure good workflow
- Assist in the implementation of critical path ensuring all deadlines are adhered to and the critical path is followed
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Critical Path and Calendar
- Assist with logistics across all departments including export documentarian, bulk fabric / trim deliveries, seasonal pick and pack and dispatch of all client orders
- Generate seasonal pick & pack documentation in conjunction with Wholesale Assistant
- Manage all packaging supplies, seasonal barcodes and ticketing
- Associate barcodes to style index seasonally for all styles/colours/sizes ordered
- Work in partnership with manufactures, suppliers and pick and pack warehouse, ensuring delivery dates are maintained
- Work in conjunction with Wholesale & Production Assistant's to ensure all stock allocations are met
- Aid in the return of defective garments, adding to faulty log and tracking credits for both clients and suppliers
- Research and discuss new technologies, processes, and practices to support business growth to enhance productivity and eliminate inconsistencies
- Help to maintain and create departmental procedures, manuals, and resource material
- High attention to detail

- Proficient Microsoft Office Word & Excel skills
- Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign skills (a bonus)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
