The Successful Applicant
A successful Sourcing Manager should have:
* Experience in procurement leadership, ideally within the healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management.
* Strong track record of developing individuals performance
* Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.
* Excellent analytical skills for conducting market and supplier assessments.
