Victoria | Lead the Branch | P&L Ownership | Major National HVAC Player
A strong opportunity has opened for an experienced HVAC Service Branch Manager to lead and expand the Victorian service division for a large, well‐established national HVAC business. With significant backing, strong client demand and exceptional leadership support, this role offers the chance to accelerate the growth of the Melbourne branch in line with other states that currently exceed 70 technicians.
The Role
You will take full operational and commercial ownership of the branch, including:
* Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, reporting and performance management
* Leadership, coaching and development of the existing team:
* 6 Technicians | 1 Account Manager | 1 Coordinator | Admin | BDM
* Overseeing contract mobilisation, service delivery and ongoing contract performance
* Driving client satisfaction, account development and long‐term partnerships
* Ensuring safety, compliance and service excellence
* Working closely with and supported by a highly experienced senior management team
Current clients span commercial, industrial, correctional facilities, hospitals and retail.
About You
You will bring:
* Proven experience in HVAC service management, operations or branch leadership
* Strong commercial capability, confident managing P&L and driving revenue
* Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
* Strong communication, client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to improve performance, streamline operations and grow service capability
