Our Federal Government client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to deliver high quality, trauma informed counselling, assessment and wellbeing support. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a respected agency making a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence based counselling to individuals, couples and families
Conduct intake, risk assessments, care planning & case management
Stakeholder engagement – internally and externally
Participate in supervision, team case reviews and clinical development
Support the delivery of group programs and community outreach
Mandatory Requirements
Qualifications & registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, or Counsellor (PACFA/ACA)
Ability to obtain a WWVP or WWC Check
Strong clinical skills, client centred approach and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance
Successful Applicant will receive
12 month contract + potential extensions
