Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to fill the role of Storeperson/Delivery Driver. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading and loading trucks safely and efficiently, carrying out storage and stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels, receiving and filling orders for parts promptly and accurately, organizing dispatch – delivering local parts to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a tidy and safe warehouse environment, and building and maintaining customer loyalty and support through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload and Load Trucks: Safely and efficiently unload and load trucks with merchandise, ensuring accurate delivery of goods.
* Storage and Stock Control: Carry out storage and stock control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
* Order Fulfillment: Receive and fill orders for parts promptly and accurately, meeting customer expectations.
* Dispatch Management: Organize dispatch – delivering local parts to customers in a timely manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Customer Service: Build and maintain customer loyalty and support through excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.
