Salary Range : $100,000-$120,000 + benefits

Location : Bendigo & Murray Mallee

About the Role

As the Kindergarten Inclusion Support Team Leader, you will :

* Lead a regional team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program in alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Additional Assistants.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education.
* Ensure compliance, monitor program outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide operational leadership, support your team, and contribute to strategic planning for the program.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the KIS team to ensure effective service delivery
* Recruit, place, and support Additional Assistants across regional kindergartens
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education
* Monitor program outcomes, compliance, and reporting requirements
* Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
* Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives


You will have

* Diploma or Bachelor qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related fields
* Experience in program management, team leadership, and workforce coordination
* Knowledge of inclusive practices and early childhood education environments
* Familiarity with Department of Education guidelines and regional workforce dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Commitment to values-driven, child-focused service delivery

Current Working with Children / Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver Licence
