About the Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Deep understanding of industrial processes and machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
