Disability Support Worker

The Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working in Neighbourhood Teams in your local community under the direction of a Team Leader. You will assist and support our clients in line with their NDIS plan to achieve their goals through a person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with daily living skills and household duties
* Transporting clients to appointments and activities
* Building client self-image and confidence
* Supporting clients in social and community participation
* Promoting independence and well-being
* Providing personal care and manual handling assistance
* Administration tasks such as journal reporting
Requirements:
* Experience in disability support work (preferred)
* NDIS Orientation Module (preferred)
* Working with Children Check (required)
* Australian Driver's Licence (required for some roles)
