Role Overview:
The Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor is a vital component of our services, providing expert assistance to individuals as they recover and return to work following injury or illness.
This dynamic role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering case management services across various portfolios. Our team members also offer guidance and support to those navigating sudden career changes, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
To be successful in this position, you will require strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to provide empathetic care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored plans for recovery and return to work
* Delivering high-quality case management services to ensure seamless support throughout the rehabilitation process
* Providing counselling and guidance to individuals facing career changes or seeking to overcome personal challenges
Requirements:
* Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC membership) or Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration)
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience highly desirable but not essential with full training provided
