The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Application Support Analyst to join our close-knit IT Support Team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver expert Level 2–3 application support across cloud and on-premises systems.
* Manage MEGT's SharePoint Online environment and provide ongoing support for collaboration tools.
* Support business-critical systems including ERP, payroll, CRM, ticketing systems, and BI/reporting tools.
* Ensure thorough documentation and maintain change control processes aligned with ITIL best practices and ISO 27001 guidelines.
About you
You will be a savvy Application Support Analyst who thrives in a customer-centric environment, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application support and proficiency with Microsoft technologies.
