Your Expertise In Action
* You will deliver holistic care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
* Manage medication and accurately document progress notes, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
What We Are Looking For
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
* Experience providing nursing services in aged care or similar settings
* An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management
* The ability to lead and effectively supervise care teams
