Director, Policy and Industry Development * Grow the social, cultural and economic impact of Victoria's creative industries. * Drive impactful change, forging partnerships and leveraging insights to shape innovative policies that empower Victoria's creative industries. * Senior Executive Service Level 1 (SES-1), Fixed Term up to 5 Years Creative Victoria, part of the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR), is seeking to appoint a Director, Policy and Industry Development to join its team. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, the Director, Policy and Industry Development will lead Creative Victoria's Policy and Industry Development unit. The unit is responsible for whole-of-portfolio creative industries policy development, fostering intergovernmental and sector partnerships, addressing emerging opportunities and challenges, and leveraging data insights to inform impactful policies and programs. As a senior leader, the Director will also promote collaboration, provide strategic advice, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive organisational culture. The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive with experience in data and evidence-informed public policy development.
