This expansion role offers a rep the opportunity to learn, earn and grow professionally in a high scale environment.
This is a consultative, full‑cycle sales role focused on driving new business within the New South Wales real estate market. You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process and building strong relationships with agency clients to support growth objectives.
Responsibilities
* Drive new business growth across SMB to mid‑market real estate agencies
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
* Build and manage your own pipeline, supported by inbound leads, SDRs, and event‑based outreach
* Promote a market‑leading solution with a strong reputation and proven traction in neighbouring markets
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the real estate market, with an existing network
* Demonstrated success in pipeline building and closing new business
* Ability to navigate a low‑structure sales organisation with proven results
Nice, but not required:
* Background in SaaS or software sales environments
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: up to 120k Base + Uncapped Commission (170k OTE uncapped)
Base Pay Range
A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr
