We are registered builders, licensed electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting contractors based in Osborne Park, proudly serving the Perth metropolitan area.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to become part of our results-oriented, friendly, and supportive team in WA. In this role, you will manage a variety of contracts from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of service for our government and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from practical completion and handover.
* Take ownership of contractual obligations and lead the Project Admins—managing variations, RFIs, progress claims, and ensuring works are invoiced accurately and on time.
* Develop detailed project plans, programmes of works, and scopes for supervisors and subcontractors.
* Engage, coordinate, and manage subcontractors with a strong focus on value for money and scope compliance.
* Maintain all project records, job tracking, and scheduling in company operating systems (Simpro, Procore, Microsoft 365).
* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings in line with company and client requirements.
* Serve as the key point of contact for clients—providing regular updates, attending quarterly contract meetings, and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure all projects meet contract KPIs, quality standards, and ISO requirements (9001 / 45001 / 14001).
* Lead, guide, mentor and performance-manage project supervisors and site teams.
* Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects.
* Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in a construction discipline such as Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Commercial Management.
* Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and compliance within a construction or facilities management environment.
* Strong systems capability—hands‐on experience with Simpro, Procore, and Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel is a real advantage).
* Familiarity with government and/or commercial maintenance contracts is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills—confident managing clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Strong commercial acumen—you understand margins, cost tracking, and what it means to deliver profitably.
* Working knowledge of WA WHS legislation.
* Self‐motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
