Job Overview

The Customer Care team provides assistance to clients globally - 24/7, 365 days a year. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required to support customers worldwide, regardless of booking channels.

* Making changes and cancellations to existing bookings
* Processing booking enquiries quickly and accurately

We seek experienced travel agents to join our dynamic team. A minimum of two years' experience in the travel industry is essential. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as a high degree of attention to detail, are required.


Requirements

* Minimum two years' experience in the travel industry
* GDS experience (Sabre is essential / Amadeus preferred)
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
* High degree of attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
