We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employer Engagement Partner. The ideal candidate will provide high level customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment to find suitable work.
About the Role
* Reverse Marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities.
* Utilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job ready clients across region including on or offsite and remote.
* Maintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
* Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from our organisation including departmental wage subsidies and incentives.
* Management of vacancies attained from employers including; vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening and referring of suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* To build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies.
* To assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this.
* To demonstrate high level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused.
* To interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate.
* To work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets.
* To manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment.
* To have sound computer literacy and data management skills.
