Warehouse Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
* Operate forklifts safely to maintain a smooth warehouse operation.
* Fill orders accurately and manage inventory efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
* Inspect and maintain forklift equipment regularly.
* Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move materials around the warehouse.
* Accurately fill customer orders by selecting products from shelves or stockroom and loading them onto pallets or into boxes.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stockroom conditions to prevent losses.
* Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Able to lift up to 15kg.
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
