We have multiple exciting opportunities for Claims Support Officers to join our team in Sydney. These are 10-month contract roles offering the chance to develop your career within a supportive, high-performing environment.
* Job Title: Claims Support Officer
* Location: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000
* Salary: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
* Contract Dates: 1 October 2025 – 15 August 2026
* Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office + work from home, post-probation)
* Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
What You'll Do
* Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets.
* Gather, validate, and follow up on claim details.
* Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations.
* Assist with reviews, audits, and additional team tasks as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes.
* Contribute to learning, coaching, and continuous improvement activities.
* Support other queues during peak periods.
What You'll Bring
* Qualifications in Administration, Business, Accounting, or Finance (advantageous).
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone.
* Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
