 
        
        Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing best-in-class digital campaigns, optimising performance across multiple channels, and driving growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, collaborating with agency partners to improve results.
 * Track key metrics such as cost of sale (COS%), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), ensuring targets are met.
 * Develop and own the email and SMS marketing calendar, partnering with the copywriter to drive results through campaign management, audience segmentation, automated flows, A/B testing, and performance reporting via Klaviyo.
 * Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to contribute to commercial planning, ensuring campaigns and marketing activity align with sales targets.
 * Manage affiliate marketing activity including partner outreach, spend allocation, and campaign results.
 * Support Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), optimising creative, targeting, and budget.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content and campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and drive sales impact.
