About the Role:
We are seeking two Sales Support Officers to join our team in Goulburn. This role involves providing expert customer service skills to operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the livestock and rural supplies team
* Supporting the livestock and farm supplies teams as needed
* Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
* Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch
* Working with the team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
* Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About You:
* You will have an interest in the Ag industry and understanding farming practices/ processes
* You must be passionate about customer service and cultivating relationships with current and future clients
* A valid driver's license and forklift license or willingness to obtain one
* You will thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* You will be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embracing technology
* You will be passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
* You will have a keen eye for detail and background in business administration
