Job Role: Clinical Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions within inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring effective engagement and outcomes.
* Develop and deliver tailored therapeutic plans, incorporating psychoeducation and skills-based training.
* Assess and manage risk, maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, allied health professionals, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, representing the psychology discipline as needed.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Relevant qualifications in Psychology (Masters, DPsych, or PhD).
* Experience in delivering diverse therapeutic modalities and group facilitation.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning team.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza.
