About the Role
This role involves overseeing service repair requests for passenger and commercial vehicles nationwide. It also entails managing maintenance expenditures post-vehicle delivery, providing invoices for payment, and resolving day-to-day queries within stipulated timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
* Approve suppliers' requests for maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
* Evaluate services to ensure they meet manufacturers' specifications.
* Carry out repairs according to current Compliance of Road Transport and Health & Safety standards.
* Provide support to external suppliers with EVO portal usage.
* Assist customers with general maintenance inquiries.
Required Qualifications
* Diesel or passenger vehicle mechanic qualification.
* Effective communication skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Heavy or passenger vehicle mechanic qualification.
