Salary: $ $45.51 Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super + Regional Shift Bonus

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans
* Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
* Foster respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
* Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practices
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training
About You
You share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity, and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians. You bring:
* Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
* Experience with aged care software systems
* A passion for elder care and person-centred clinical practice
* Ability to work a rotating roster
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
* Minimum 12 months postgraduate experience (desirable)
* Full working rights in Australia
