About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
* Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
* Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
* Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
* Establish positive relationships with residents
The positions on offer are various permanent part time & casual shifts.
About You
To be successful, you'll need:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
* Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
* Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check & Free seasonal flu vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
