We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Site Business Manager to oversee the operations of our thriving veterinary practices across the Toowoomba region. If you’re a strategic thinker with solid leadership skills and a passion for people, this is your chance to make a real impact across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team management across Pittsworth Veterinary Surgery, Herriot House Veterinary Surgery and Gatton Veterinary Surgery.
- Drive business growth through budgeting, KPI tracking, and marketing initiatives.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive, cooperative culture.
- Implement and refine systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
About You
- You’re a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you have:
- Proven multi-site management experience (veterinary, medical, or similar healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
