South Ward Nurse Unit Manager – Permanent Full Time The Hills Private Hospital is a 111-bed private hospital located in The Hills District of Sydney. The hospital offers both inpatient and day programs in rehabilitation, geriatric medicine and psychiatry. The Hills Private Hospital offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to the provision of excellence in the delivery of care. Our multi-disciplinary team includes Rehabilitation Specialists, Geriatricians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Dieticians who all have a major input into the treatment and ongoing rehabilitation of our patients. We are seeking a highly passionate, dynamic and engaging Nurse Unit Manager to manage our team on a full-time basis in our Rehabilitation Ward. As South Ward Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide operational direction for the ward by ensuring the promotion of high-quality clinical care for our patients, and efficient and effective fiscal management. As the leader of this ward, you will be a key part of the hospital’s management team and will provide support to the Director of Nursing. Key to success in this role is the ability to manage effectively – human, financial and material resources and ensuring the delivery of Safety & Quality care standards.
