Key Responsibilities
* Lead evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the mental health needs of young people.
* Strengthen emotional resilience and provide support to families to improve outcomes for children and adolescents.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care to individual needs.
* Engage in psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care formulation to inform tailored mental health care planning, assessment, and intervention.
Requirements
* Fully registered psychologist with a Masters degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology, or other recognised clinical area relevant to the functions of the position.
* Substantial postgraduate clinical experience with specialist knowledge and skills in child and adolescent mental health, including evidence-based psychotherapies.
* Ability to engage in psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care formulation to inform tailored mental health care planning, assessment, and intervention.
* Commitment to professional development and knowledge of quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
