We provide high-quality conveyancing and property law services to clients across QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA, with a modern focus on online service delivery and client convenience.As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our Brisbane team.
You'll have the choice of working from our Daisy Hill or Augustine Heights locations, and be part of a progressive, supportive, and rapid-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to play a key role in guiding clients through the residential property process from start to settlement.In this role, you will:Work closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances.Provide clear advice and guide them through contracts and settlements.Collaborate with a network of industry professionals including Buyer's Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Real Estate Agents.Manage files with autonomy while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility, the chance to grow their client base, and the opportunity to be part of a firm that values innovation and excellence.Skills & Experience We would love to hear from you if you are a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience in:Interstate Conveyancing (QLD, VIC, SA, WA, NSW - QLD at a minimum).
Providing expert legal advice and representation in property law matters, including conveyancing, transactions, leasing, and developments.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of sale, leases, licences, and agreements.Conducting thorough due diligence, title searches, and ensuring compliance with all legislation.Managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions from instruction to settlement.Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.Working with Legal CRMs (LEAP/Smokeball) and Microsoft Office.What's On Offer Full-time, permanent role based in Brisbane (Daisy Hill or Augustine Heights).
