The Role:
We are seeking an Administration and Customer Service Estimator based in our office in Hendon, SA. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for initial customer contact through email, phone, and website. You will provide general support for the estimating team to enable them to focus on project quoting and order detailing.

* Answering inbound phone calls, providing customers with technical information where possible, and organizing technical salespeople to provide the correct information either through taking the call or responding back by phone or email.
* Registering projects for quoting and assisting project management and estimation teams.
* Supporting Finance with administrative tasks.
About You
* Candidate should be customer-focused and committed to providing high-quality service.
* Strong communication skills, excellent phone manner, and attentive active listening.
* Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Understanding architectural drawings would be an advantage.
