**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Administration Officer to join Finance Business Solutions, Chancellery Division.
The Administration Officer supports a range of administrative functions across the Finance Business Solutions portfolio. Key responsibilities include asset management, procurement, meetings and committees secretarial duties, records management, communications, HR, catering and event management. The position also provides support to the Executive Leadership Team.

**About the Chancellery Division**
Chancellery Division is responsible for strategy, including Indigenous strategy, government relations and policy, assurance and risk, international, marketing and communications, and business development. The Chancellery Division is led by the Vice-Chancellor and President.
**About Finance Business Solutions**
Within the Chancellery, Finance Business Solutions is responsible for a range of business functions to facilitate the ongoing financial and planning viability of the university in realising QUT's strategic aims and objectives, whilst maintaining a customer centric approach when engaging with the university community, industry and government.
**What you need to succeed**
You will demonstrate:
1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree level qualification combined with subsequent relevant experience in an executive assistant capacity, or extensive experience as a high-level executive assistant.
2. Demonstrated ability to plan and work efficiently with multiple competing deadlines, mínimal supervision and with
exceptional attention to detail.
3. Advanced written communication skills with the ability to prepare a range of documents.
4. Highly developed interpersonal skills, including a collaborative, team-oriented and flexible approach to work, with the ability to handle sensitive information within a strictly confidential environment.
5. Advanced digital literacy skills in the Microsoft suite of products, with the ability to quickly adapt to other products and technologies.
6. Well-developed research and problem-solving skills.
