Senior Quantity Surveyor Position
Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality quantity surveying services.
* Cost Management: Manage cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for various projects.
* Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and tender documentation.
* Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering.
* Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in Australia as a client-side Quantity Surveyor.
* Project Experience: Proven experience in providing a full range of project services for major projects.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CostX and Excel.
* Accreditation: Corporate membership or candidates working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS are preferred.
* Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills.
* Team Player: Strong organisational skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
