Hospital projects are among the most technically demanding in construction, requiring exceptional planning capability, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex building services and specialist packages. This role is ideal for a high-performing engineer looking to step into a senior position with greater responsibility, leadership exposure, and influence over project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead design coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders Drive programming, construction sequencing, and delivery strategy Oversee procurement and management of major subcontract packages Monitor cost performance, forecasting, and commercial outcomes Manage QA, compliance, and technical documentation across the project Lead resolution of variations, RFIs, and complex technical challenges Mentor junior engineers and support wider project team performance Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery from start to finish To Be Successful You will ideally have: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer or a strong Project Engineer ready to step up Experience delivering large-scale commercial or complex building projects Healthcare, education, or major services-heavy project experience highly regarded Strong technical understanding of construction methodology and services coordination Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Why Apply?
