What You'll Do
Handle emails and enquiries with a friendly, helpful approach.
Prepare quotes, raise and manage purchase orders end-to-end.
Coordinate with suppliers, including expediting orders.
Provide administrative support across sales, operations, and finance.
Maintain accurate records in ERP & CRM systems.
About You
Experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support.
Comfortable with business systems (ERP, CRM, data entry, email).
Positive, helpful communicator who enjoys teamwork.
Reliable, detail-focused, and strong at follow-through.
