Responsibilities
Assisted and coordinated the handling of customer complaints, warranty, quality or delivery issues
Compiled customer project timeline, stock demand summaries and collaborated with the HQ team in China to ensure on time delivery
Oversaw customer financial statements and diligently followed up on overdue accounts
Actively create and update the sales opportunity pipeline.
Identify the main customer influences, understand the customer decision-making process, and consistently update the project information, opportunity probability and set-up critical actions in order to win the project & closure dates
Actively participate with the sales team, and lead the geographical market in achieving the yearly business plan, in terms of revenue and profit
Managed and coordinated various customer marketing events and activities
Other Australian business-related matters handling
Qualifications
Excellent marketing background with a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth
In-depth understanding of Australian market, familiarity with local culture, and business environment
Over than 3 years sales experience in Solar industry, strong customer relationship and network
Tracker sales experience in Australia market is plus
Strong to expert capability in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce
Results oriented, self-motivated and ability to thrive in complex sales environment
