Job Description
The Medical Workforce Governance Officer provides administrative support to the Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee and its subcommittees, and for designated medical professional committees. They will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, building sound working relationships and providing interpretation/advice on required procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage workflows and provide high-standard support services in a timely manner.
* Provide administrative support to the SLHD Medical and Dental Appointments Advisory Committee and its subcommittees.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to build sound working relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage complex processes according to strict policy standards.
* Demonstrated experience with medical workforce governance systems such as eCredential and Stafflink.
* Understanding of or ability to develop understanding of governance of the Senior Medical Workforce in NSW.
